One of the most important issues today are the way we humans will handle our ecosystem and how we will be able to keep going on as the world accumulated energy resources decreases. We have one of the most interested globally solutions to our common problem. Moreover, we think it is time to do something. Don’t you agree?

Ourselves we look at the concept as a new and huge business idea for many capital investors in the whole world, for many building contractors in the world and for so many other companies that it would be hard to count them.

You might wonder why we are working so hard to accomplish such a huge and complex product. Then I can tell you that it is not hard at all. It is a pleasure for us to deliver this infrastructure product, because we care a lot about our common ecosystem and we are happy to give the world industry a new and rational business idea. We are also glad to give the world citizens a better living standard. For the moment, the evolutionary work our team is doing in Sweden, the main purpose is to organize a Swedish main soft center and a new high tech trading utility for the world stock markets.

The new concept will affect traditional industries like the oil business, car manufacturers, and the transport sector rather roughly. To avoid unnecessary lost in capital and resources we all have to act with wisdom from the beginning. We have made a global and very complex plan how to get a smooth transition from our poor old and ineffective infrastructure to this modern and high effective infrastructure.

One of the most IMPORTANT issues is to MEET,

- the curve of the OLD INDUSTRIES going DOWN with,

- the curve of the NEW INFRASTRUCTURE BUILDING INDUSTRIES going UP.

So simple is that, in theory. Below we are shortly describing how it will be simple even in practice.

You need a smooth transition that lasts for many decades. Today we have a large fossil energy potential. We should use this potential to build up a low energy community which investments almost match the total assets of today. That means a rational community in transport, heating/cooling, manufacturing, and recycling of waste and material. In having a low energy community, it is very simple and very possible only to use renewable energy resources for running the whole system. Then we are ready to call our communities for an intelligent civilization. It is not intelligent only having fuel for the burnout if you aim to win the race.

The new infrastructures growth will be in balance between the world nation's demand and the stock markets will. Therefore, we plan to introduce a new stock market utility based upon high tech IT. In other words - the assets of today make a changeover to the assets of tomorrow using high tech IT. Simple, isn't it?

Because of this new huge industry and the capital changeover, we also have been in contact with oil companies and car manufacturers.

INTRODUCTION

My name is Mikael Johansson, I live in Grästorp Sweden, and I am the inventor of the concept AortaCity.

Below we are describing one wise possibility for us, using the high capacity in technology and production as we humans have built up, to create a brand new and high effective infrastructure for the future.

How to develop a product like this?

If you look at the world energy consumption today, you will find that our old infrastructure is a major problem to decrease our total energy consumption. As the fossil oil market gets weaker, all countries in the world will have a problem.

A cooperative project with some participants is well under way in order to arrange and organize an international networking coherence in order to develop this new infrastructure. This infrastructure product is very large and complex. For that reason, we now are carefully taking the necessary steps to organize this network.

First, we had the infrastructure concept assessed by a Professor at University Chalmers of Gothenburg, in addition to give us a hint of its real potential. His profession is research in sustainable urban development. Moreover, he is working internationally with the organization AGS. Because of the large scale of this new infrastructure product, he thought it would require a fast growing nation, like the Republic of China, as a base for developing the infrastructure concept. However, I think India is growing very fast too.

His advice resulted in a highly regarded contact with the ministry of commerce at the embassy of China in Stockholm. We have also established contacts with some instances in the Swedish ministries like Boverket, Nutek, Vinnova, Exportrådet, and Vägverket.

Other contacts are building contractors, European oil companies, car manufacturing companies, big marts, wholesale traders, and energy producers like Vattenfall, and Fortum. Dare hardly not to mention it, but we have even tried to contact the OPEC organization. At the first contact by telephone, they promised to give us an answer, whether good or bad.

We have asked the government of India, Ministry of Urban Development, if they possible could have some interest in our concept. In order to see how it would be possible to apply this infrastructure to a nation in development, we have informed a minister of the government of Pakistan about this concept. Perhaps it could be some help in the reconstruction after the earthquake.

Other nations that we have let them know we exist are Thailand, Finland, Norway, Denmark, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Turkey, and USA. We have also tried to contact The United Nation, Department of Economic and Social Affairs.

A nice thought of mind is the northern city Kiruna in Sweden; where the mining industry will force the whole city to move. We have also let them know that we exist.

To avoid mistakes in how the structure will effect the world ecosystem we think it would be wise and also very pleasant to have the WWF and the Swedish SNF organizations with us during the developing process.

For the stock market connection, we have been in contact with the OMX group in Stockholm. The new trading utility will need some software development, were we have some interesting contacts with some software developing companies.

In order to achieve an effective and reliable organization we also take help from respectable advisors.

The infrastructure product will best fit nations where the growth is fast. But it is also possible for the new infrastructure to fit other countries where the governments' strategies is to accomplish a rational expansion, in the long term, for their growing cities, where some of the governments' main criteria is low total energy consumption for their countries and to protect and preserve the ecosystem. For developing countries, this new infrastructure means that they from start build up an infrastructure system that is more effective than the countries in the industrialized world have today.

For the presentation of the infrastructure product, we have made a 3D computer animation.

Our primary goal is to find an investor with a mind that is able to view a rational and wise future, who has an interest in the development of this product, and that part of the soft development will take place in Sweden. Examples of soft development is 3D computer animation of architecture, flow of people, water, sewages, energy, IT, articles and goods, modern energy systems  and recycling systems all in conjunction with the ecosystem we all share and need for our existence. We think Sweden takes some of the leading roles in these areas and think it will be an excellent choice to place the main soft center in Sweden. The countries whose governments decides to develop their infrastructure towards this brand new concept will of coarse have a local developing soft center.

AortaCity versus oil companies and car manufacturing companies

The main purpose of the new infrastructure is to create a structure with low consumption of energy, more efficient flow of people, goods, and transports. Why you might ask? Our assess of the world market, according to energy production versus energy consumption, is that the fast growing economies in Asia as well as in the West will cause a lack of cheap available energy. Because of that reason, we think many nations will examine their oil consumption. One way for a nation to handle this is to replace fossil oil based fuel with production of renewable alternatives.
